System compatibility, service location, repair requirements, and scheduling are confirmed before work is arranged under a fleet service agreement.

School Bus Fleet A/C Maintenance & Repair Program — Miami-Dade County

Auto A/C Repair LLC offers an intensive school bus fleet air conditioning maintenance and repair program from October through March. Through a fleet service agreement, we help operators identify A/C problems, schedule necessary repairs, and prepare their vehicles before the summer peak season.

October–March: Intensive Fleet Service

Our seasonal program focuses on scheduled A/C inspections, diagnostics, preventive maintenance, and repairs for participating school bus fleets. Services and scheduling are established through an approved fleet service agreement.

April–September: Limited Fleet Service

During our summer peak season, covered warranty service requests remain eligible according to the applicable warranty and service agreement terms. New non-warranty school bus service requests are evaluated individually and accommodated when capacity permits, with lower scheduling priority than our regular summer automotive A/C services.
