How to replace the auto a/c receiver drier.
Removal
- Remove the condenser(Some models with the drier attached to the condenser.)
- Remove the bolts from the condenser, then remove the receiver drier, the bracket and the O-rings.
Installation
- Install the receiver drier in the reverse order of removal.
- Replace O-rings with new ones.
- Lubricate new O-rings.
- Vacuum the system.
- Recharge refrigerant to manufacturer specifications.
- Check the entire system for refrigerant leakages.
